How to choose Lion's Mane for the road
FLOW is Lion's Mane in two forms. Both use dual-extracted Lion's Mane, so the right one depends on how you make your coffee.
Espresso Capsules: for the capsule routine
Each capsule holds 250 mg of dual-extracted Lion's Mane with Grade 1 organic Arabica from Peruvian smallholders, roasted in small batches in Sweden. It is a medium roast with chocolate and citrus notes and no bitter finish. Acidity is low at pH 6, gentler on the stomach and on enamel.
The capsules are Nespresso® compatible and compostable. They are vegan, with no additives or artificial flavouring, and USDA Organic and EU organic certified.
Extract Powder: for any cup
The powder is dual-extracted Hericium erinaceus from 100% fruiting bodies, standardised to a minimum 30% polysaccharides and 20% beta-glucans. There is no mycelium, no filler, no carrier and no additive. It dissolves instantly and is mild enough to disappear into coffee.
One pack is 40 g, about 57 servings. A serving is ½ tsp, about 690 mg of extract, stirred into coffee, tea, a smoothie or a broth. It is a food supplement: do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Which one to pick
- You make coffee from capsules and want no extra step: the capsules.
- You use your own ground coffee, tea or broth, or want one pack for a long stay: the powder.
A kit that works together
- The road coffee kit — Lion's Mane Extract Powder and the OutIn Nano from FUEL: espresso from your own coffee, with the powder stirred into the cup.
